Happy Tuesday! DO YOU EAT PALEO? I admire you. I’m currently trying to really healthy-up my diet (more so than usual) to help with my ongoing tummy troubles. I find myself pulling inspiration from searching pinterest paleo boards, since veggies and proteins are always a killer combo. If you have an exquisite paleo recipe or lunch idea, I will be forever grateful for your help while I try to reset my belly!

This week’s featured post comes from Kami at ‘Much More Than Lettuce.’ Her Cauliflower Mac and Cheese looks perfect for satisfying comfort food cravings while eating well!

Cauliflower mac and cheese outranks the blue box any day.

The top clicked post last week came from Esther at ‘Family Food Forum.’ Why have I never put peaches in a salad before? Why do salads always look better when someone else makes them? #firstworldproblems

  3. One of my go-to paleo recipes is Nom Nom Paleo’s Curried Cream of Broccoli Soup. It’s delicious, comforting and hits the spot every time. Each batch makes 12 (1 cup) servings that I freeze in muffin tins for whenever. Pair it with some ham or another protein you like and it’s a perfect lunch. Some of my favorite paleo blogs to follow for great recipes are Nom Nom Paleo, Wicked Spatula and Against All Grain. Lots of good ideas! http://www.madeitloveitpaleo.com/2015/04/28/made-it-loved-it-curried-cream-of-broccoli-soup-from-nom-nom-paleo/

  8. I tried Paleo. For a week. And I failed. Miserably. I admire those who eat that way though. Missed the link up deadline but I’m so glad I was able to see your features. They look great!
