Tell ’em Tuesday [11]

blog link up

Happy Tuesday! I hope you’ve had a fantastic week. I love this time of year because everyone is reinvigorated and optimistic about the months of summer that lie ahead of us. It’s the season for making big plans and big memories. Ah, mid-May.

The featured post from last week’s link up speaks to my soul with its title “My blood type is queso.” Texas-born Mel from ‘Meals with Mel’ may have to fly to NY and make this for me. Her restaurant-style queso is exactly the dip I’ve spent countless hours trying to recreate on my own. I want to bathe in this… Too far?

Last week’s top clicked post is from the blog Toned Twenties, one of my very first blogging friends! These ‘layered thin mint brownies’ are the perfect indulgence; and super easy to make!
