Odds are you’re already aware soda is horrible for you. Its empty of any nutritional value and full of chemical garbage. I have struggled through phases of my life as a full blown diet cola addict. If you’re like me, you thought switching to diet soda was a healthy choice. In reality, diet soda has even more harmful chemicals in it than regular soda AND has been linked to weight gain*.
I’d be lying if I said I don’t still splurge on a diet soda once in a while. Everyone has a vice. But seltzer has grown into my go-to soda replacement.
