Olive oil cooking spray

Pizza sauce

Mozzarella cheese shreds

Any desired toppings

Preheat oven to 350. On a baking sheet lined with tin foil, place a tortilla that has been LIGHTLY misted with cooking spray. Place in oven for about 7 minutes then flip over and continue crisping for about 2 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sauce, cheese, and topping. Place back in oven until cheese is melted. Slice with pizza cutter are enjoy!

  1. I thought I was so original when I started making these last year, only to find out that I’m not the only one! I hope you didn’t think I was stealing your idea when I posted the ones we make, because I didn’t even know you had this post up! I guess great minds think alike. :)


    • Great minds, we are! I actually came up with my version of these when trying to plan a ‘cooking’ experiment with my health classes. They demanded pizzas, and this was a more cost effective version- now its one of my favorite recipes! Have you ever spread leftover spinach and artichoke dip on a tortilla like this? YUM!
