the 80% rule

Making changes towards a healthy lifestyle can be overwhelming. This is why I believe in the 80% rule. Try to make the best choices possible in your diet, stress reduction, sleep patterns, etc. 80% of the time. No one is perfect, and the 80% rule allows us this.

Don’t beat yourself up over letting a petty coworker get to you or having that extra slice of pizza with your sister. You’re only human, and you’re doing the best you can. You get 1 chance at this life, and while its important to focus on taking care of your body- sometimes we just need a human moment.
