Crockpot Pulled BBQ Chicken

1 lb boneless chicken breasts

1 c. BBQ sauce

1 c. low sodium chicken broth

1 small diced onion

Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours. Chicken should shred easily after cooking and excess sauce should absorb quickly once chicken is shredded. I serve with sweet potato fries and a side salad or on a bun with a pickle.
